Three sets of questions submitted by DMK MP Matheswaran V.S. on topics including NEET-UG 2026 application fee refunds, paper leaks, student welfare, and treatment of CJP-led youth protesters were disallowed in the Lok Sabha under Rule 41(2) of the rules of procedure. The questions, addressed to the Union Home Ministry and Union Education Ministry with notice references 101799 and 101801, were rejected on clauses (i), (iv), (v), (xviii), and (xxii). CJP chief spokesperson Saurav Das posted about the disallowance on X on August 17, 2026.
