What Epistemic News is

Epistemic News is an AI-powered news synthesis platform. We aggregate articles from public RSS feeds, verify claims across sources, and produce balanced summaries using adversarial AI debate. We are not a news publisher — we are a news analysis and synthesis tool.

Accuracy disclaimer

Our synthesis is produced by AI and may contain errors. Confidence scores indicate the level of source agreement, not absolute truth. We strongly encourage you to click through to original sources and verify claims independently. Epistemic News is a starting point for understanding, not a replacement for critical thinking.

Acceptable use

You may use Epistemic News for personal, educational, and research purposes. You may not:

• Scrape or bulk-download content for commercial resale
• Use automated tools to abuse API endpoints or circumvent rate limits
• Misrepresent AI-generated synthesis as original reporting
• Use the platform to spread misinformation

Content and attribution

Original articles belong to their respective publishers. Our synthesis constitutes fair use commentary and analysis. All sources are cited and linked. The Epistemic News codebase is open source.
