Vance Boelter, 58, pleaded guilty on Thursday to six federal charges including two counts of murder, two counts of stalking, and two firearms violations for attacks on June 14, 2025. The plea agreement, approved by Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, results in two consecutive life sentences plus 40 years and spares him the death penalty. He still faces separate state charges in Hennepin County.
