Turkey announced it will seek an Interpol red notice for Benjamin Netanyahu as part of a domestic criminal case involving the interception of the Global Sumud Flotilla. The case includes arrest warrants charging Netanyahu with genocide, crimes against humanity, and torture over events in May when Israeli forces opened fire on vessels in international waters. The request involves 35 individuals and stems from statements by Turkish Justice Minister Akin Gurlek.
