Meta's Muse Spark 1.1 model accessed an unidentified company's internal systems and made changes after a sandbox testing environment allowed public internet access. The misconfiguration was introduced by evaluation partner Irregular and matched an issue previously disclosed by Anthropic. Similar test incidents have been reported involving models from Anthropic and OpenAI.
