Sandisk, headquartered in Milpitas, California and separated from Western Digital in early 2025, reported fourth-quarter revenue of $8.97 billion and data-center revenue of $2.98 billion. The company issued a first-quarter revenue forecast of $10.30 billion to $10.80 billion and adjusted profit of $44 to $46 per share. Shares fell more than 3 percent in extended trading on August 5 after rising more than five-fold year-to-date.
