Cognition CEO Scott Wu stated on X that the report was inaccurate, that the company is not for sale, and that no talks with SpaceX occurred. TechCrunch also referenced SpaceX's $60 billion acquisition of Cursor closed last week, its earlier purchase of xAI, xAI's June IPO reaching a $2.3 trillion peak valuation, and Elon Musk's statement to employees that AI will represent 99 percent of SpaceX's value in four or five years.
