YouTube has proposed multimillion-dollar deals to popular creators requiring exclusive uploads for set periods, including direct financing and brand-deal allocations, according to people familiar with the talks. Netflix has simultaneously paid select YouTubers for concurrent releases on both platforms and continues discussions with dozens more. No agreements have been finalized.
