Vickrum Digwa, 23, was convicted of murdering 18-year-old Henry Nowak and sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 21 years at Southampton Crown Court. The solicitor general referred the sentence to the Court of Appeal under the Unduly Lenient Sentence scheme.
