Framing Analysis
Vespa was launched in 1946 by Piaggio as an affordable post-World War II scooter and means 'wasp' in Italian. Thousands of riders paraded through Rome on Saturday as part of four-day events marking the 80th anniversary, including a Vespa Village at Foro Italico. The scooter appeared in multiple films and was designed by engineer Corradino D'Ascanio.
