Vanessa Gold has reached an agreement to sell her family's 25.1% shareholding in West Ham United to a consortium led by Amanda Staveley, Mehrdad Ghodoussi and PCP Capital Partners, with the process remaining subject to pre-emption rights and not yet concluded. West Ham United currently competes in the English Championship following relegation from the Premier League. The transaction follows the collapse of a prior agreement with Daniel Kretinsky.
