Britain and Ukraine signed an agreement on August 24 granting the UK first access to Ukraine's Avengers AI Labs for joint development of defence AI tools. The pact covers collaboration on automated target detection, fibre-optic sensors, and low-power AI chips, alongside release of SCALP missile component data.
