Paul Issa, 21, and Phillip Issa, 25, were charged on 6 May with offenses including unauthorized access to restricted data and facilitation of such access while Paul was on secondment at Commonwealth Bank from EY. The charges involve alleged distribution of personal data, including records linked to Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, with both men granted bail and scheduled to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on 25 August.
