Texas voters will decide the Republican nominee for U.S. Senate in a runoff election on Tuesday between four-term incumbent John Cornyn and state Attorney General Ken Paxton. Neither candidate secured a majority in the March 3 primary, where Cornyn received 42 percent and Paxton received 40.5 percent. The winner will face Democratic nominee James Talarico in November.
