Kyle Spitze, 27, of Friendsville, Tennessee, was sentenced to 77 years in federal prison on Wednesday for producing and distributing child sexual exploitation and animal cruelty material as a member of the 764 network and its HarmNation subgroup. The sentence marks the longest federal term imposed on a nihilistic violent extremist. The FBI had investigated HarmNation for nearly three years prior to the sentencing.
