Aaron F. Farinacci, 37, of Spokane, Washington, was arrested Monday on suspicion of first-degree arson in connection with the Old Trails Fire. The three wildfires around Spokane have destroyed at least 700 buildings and forced 67,000 evacuations, with all fires remaining uncontained as of Monday. A community tip and subsequent detective work using body-worn camera footage led to his detention.
