SpaceX and Google have entered a multi-year agreement under which Google will pay $920 million per month from October through June 2029 for access to approximately 110,000 Nvidia GPUs plus supporting hardware. The deal was disclosed in an SEC filing and includes a ramp-up period at reduced rates through September. Lower-quality reports also reference a SpaceX-xAI merger and prior Anthropic capacity commitments at the same site.
