A South Korean disaster relief team of 44 members arrived in Kathmandu on Wednesday to search for nine missing South Korean nationals at a hydropower construction site in Rasuwa district. The team, equipped with rescue dogs, drones, and detection devices, was deployed for an initial 10-day period that may be extended. All nine missing individuals were employees of South Korean companies working at the Upper Trishuli-1 hydropower plant when floods struck on August 26.
