The Financial Supervisory Service issued an investor warning on June 18 regarding single-stock leveraged ETFs tied to Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix. Market capitalization of these products grew from 4.5 trillion won on May 27 to 9.6 trillion won by June 12, with daily turnover at 122.5 percent. Samsung shares rose 190 percent and SK Hynix 300 percent year-to-date while comprising over half the KOSPI.
