The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, chaired by Sen. Rand Paul, released 1,141 pages of Anthony Fauci’s private writings from 2020 and later, along with separate records on his awards and prize money. The documents include a April 5, 2020 note praising a Washington Post article on Fauci’s working relationship with Deborah Birx, with federal ethics officials having reviewed, approved some, and prohibited other payments without finding violations. Fauci is scheduled to testify before the committee on Wednesday.
