Russia's Supreme Court upheld the exclusion of the Yabloko party from the September State Duma elections after a challenge by the Rodina party. Lev Shlosberg, Yabloko deputy chair, was sentenced to 11 years and one month in a penal colony plus a six-year website administration ban for a 2022 Telegram repost. Dozens of supporters were detained outside the court proceedings.
