Vladimir Tkachuk, head of Uraldronzavod, was seriously wounded when an explosive device detonated under his Mercedes near Yekaterinburg on Tuesday, killing the driver. The company produces Vampire FPV drones used by Russian forces in Ukraine, and Tkachuk operated a pro-military Telegram channel. No claim or denial has been issued by Kyiv, while Russia has attributed similar prior incidents to Ukraine.
