Russia has taken delivery of 200,000 barrels of gasoline from Turkey aboard the tanker Wendrix and additional volumes from India this summer, while a processing agreement with a Kazakh refinery returns 70 percent of output to Russia. The NORSI refinery halted processing after a drone attack. These developments coincide with five confirmed seaborne fuel deliveries to Russia since summer began.
