Max Miller of Ohio is the subject of restraining orders filed by former White House Communications Director Stephanie Grisham and Emily Moreno alleging abusive behavior, which Miller denies. The White House asked Ohio Republicans to refrain from pushing for his ouster before the ballot replacement deadline passed, while Sen. Bernie Moreno, Miller's ex-father-in-law, stated Miller should not serve in Congress. Miller is running against Democrat Brian Poindexter.
