Rep. Jamie Raskin announced plans to launch a discharge petition on the NO CARTE BLANCHE Act, which targets a nearly $1.8 billion anti-weaponization fund and related legal arrangements involving the Trump administration. The Justice Department had already scrapped the fund earlier this month. Eight discharge petitions have succeeded in forcing House votes this session.
