Framing Analysis
The bodies of two German soldiers from World War II, along with a DKW NZ 350-1 motorcycle, identification tags, a wedding ring, a Kuban shield, and anti-tank mines, were found in the Danube River in Budapest on 2 August due to record-low water levels. A bomb disposal unit responded and the riverbank was closed temporarily. The items were preserved by harbor sludge and oil on the riverbed.
