The Palestine Liberation Organization and Palestinian Authority petitioned the Supreme Court to halt enforcement of a $656 million judgment awarded to American victims of early-2000s attacks in Jerusalem. The case, brought under the Anti-Terrorism Act, was revived by the Supreme Court in 2025 and reinstated by the 2nd Circuit in March after more than two decades of litigation.
