Marine biologists documented orcas using a coordinated ramming technique on sunfish carcasses in Mexican waters, with one individual holding the tail while another accelerates into it. The July 2024 event, captured on GoPro, involved sunfish up to three meters long and 2,000 kg that are routinely consumed by orcas.
