Nvidia agreed to purchase $1 billion in new Naver shares through private placement, funding expansion of the GAK data center in Sejong, South Korea. Brookfield will provide up to $9 billion in project financing, with the facility targeting 200 megawatts capacity by 2028 using Nvidia chip platforms. Naver shares rose more than 10 percent following the announcement.
