A Los Angeles County grand jury indicted Nick Reiner on two counts of murder with special circumstances for multiple victims and lying in wait, plus a special allegation of personal use of a knife. Rob Reiner, 78, and Michele Reiner, 70, were found dead in their Brentwood home on December 14, 2025. Reiner pleaded not guilty at the August 12, 2026 unsealing of the indictment.
