The National Investigation Agency has filed a supplementary chargesheet against three Jammu and Kashmir residents in the November 10, 2025 Red Fort vehicle-borne IED blast, bringing the total number of accused to 13. The prime accused, Dr. Umer Un Nabi, is deceased. One of the newly named individuals, Muzafar Ahmad, is identified in reporting as a paediatrician and alleged founding member of Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind.
