The Netherlands RDW granted approval for Tesla Full Self-Driving software on April 10, citing 24 million incident-free miles on Dutch roads, and proposed extension to the EU. Preliminary approvals exist in Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, and Lithuania, while FSD remains supervised and requires constant driver attention. Tesla has submitted applications in Taiwan and is testing in select Japanese cities.
