Momenta, a Suzhou-based autonomous driving company founded in 2016, raised HK$5.89 billion in its Hong Kong IPO with shares priced at HK$295.60. The firm counts Toyota among its backers and nine of the world's top ten carmakers as clients, and has launched commercial robotaxi services in Shanghai. Plans allocate 60 percent of proceeds to core technology and 20 percent to robotaxi commercialization.
