Marvel Studios announced at its Comic-Con International presentation that David Jonsson will portray the new Black Panther, with Ryan Coogler directing the third film scheduled for release on 15 December 2028. Jonsson, previously known for roles in Industry, Alien: Romulus, and The Long Walk, is reported to play the son of Chadwick Boseman’s T’Challa. Letitia Wright and Winston Duke attended the event.
