A Marquette Law School poll found 47 percent of the public approves of the Supreme Court while 53 percent disapproves. The survey also recorded a modest increase in favorability compared with earlier readings and showed the Court polling higher than Congress or the presidency. Most major recent decisions on tariffs, birthright citizenship, the Second Amendment, and executive removal power received majority public support according to the same data.
