Manchester City completed the signing of winger Allan Elias from Palmeiras on a five-year contract. The 22-year-old Brazilian progressed through Palmeiras' academy and recorded nine goals and 12 assists in 96 first-team appearances. The transfer fee is reported as an initial £32 million plus £2.2 million in add-ons by one source and approximately €40 million by another.
