A man died and a woman was seriously injured when a black Audi collided with a white Ford Puma on the A439 Warwick Road following a police pursuit that began after officers attempted to stop the Audi on Birmingham Road in Stratford-upon-Avon. Warwickshire Police referred the incident to the Independent Office for Police Conduct, which launched an independent investigation. Multiple other vehicles were damaged, the road remains closed in sections, and families of those involved are receiving support.
