Rajni Singaram of Naigaon village, Mandla district, delivered four premature infants weighing approximately 1.5 kg each inside an autorickshaw en route to the Bichhiya Community Health Centre on July 7, 2026. The infants, three girls and one boy, died shortly after birth due to prematurity and underdevelopment. Her family reported contacting emergency ambulance services without response, and she was initially transported by private vehicle to a local health center before referral.
