Luis Manuel Aviles, father of Navy sailor Joshua Aviles, was arrested by ICE on Saturday in Key West, Florida, and released from detention on Tuesday. Aviles, a 48-year-old Nicaraguan national with a U.S. work permit, has lived in the United States for 19 years. His son is deployed aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln, which recently completed a record nine-month deployment.
