Joshua Kerry, a 28-year-old white British national from northern England, has been charged with the murder of Ann Widdecombe, 78, whose body was found at her home in Haytor, Devon. Counter-terrorism units are investigating possible political or terrorist motives while Kerry is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
