James Murdoch's Lupa Systems agreed to acquire New York magazine, the Vox editorial brand, and the Vox Media Podcast Network from Vox Media. The transaction covers roughly half of Vox Media's divisions for a price reported as $300 million or more and excludes properties including Eater, The Verge, and SB Nation.
