Jake Lang, 31, was arrested Tuesday in Dallas on a third-degree felony count of making a terroristic threat after his presence outside the Collin County courthouse during the Karmelo Anthony murder trial. Anthony was convicted of murdering 17-year-old Austin Metcalf and sentenced to 35 years in prison. Lang, previously charged in the January 6 Capitol events and later pardoned, faces the new charge based on statements reported by Anthony's family.
