Ireland accepted a Dassault Falcon 6X jet on December 16, 2025, purchased for just under 53 million euros excluding VAT to replace its aging Learjet 45. The aircraft, configured for up to 14 passengers plus crew, will primarily transport the Taoiseach and ministers while also supporting air ambulance missions. The standard FalconEye combined vision system from Dassault and Elbit Systems was omitted to comply with Dublin's policy against defense contracts involving Israeli firms.
