A group of investors filed a federal lawsuit in Delaware against Selena Gomez on Thursday, alleging they lost nearly US$1.2 million after investing in Wondermind Global, a mental health company launched in 2021. The complaint claims Gomez signed a contract to perform but failed to fulfill obligations, resulting in the company’s inability to pay employees and vendors. Plaintiffs stated they learned of the issues only after a September 2025 news report.
