The Israel Defense Forces stated it will open criminal investigations into the January 2024 killing of Hind Rajab and the March 2025 killings of 15 Palestinian paramedics and aid workers. The announcements followed an internal review of 150 incidents that produced decisions on five cases, including closures of probes into the April 2024 World Central Kitchen deaths and attacks on Doctors Without Borders personnel. All decisions were reached through the IDF's Fact-Finding and Assessment Mechanism.
