A Honduran judge ruled that former President Juan Orlando Hernández, who led the country from 2014 to 2022, will not be detained during his trial on fraud and money laundering charges in the Pandora I case. Hernández faces these charges after returning to Honduras following a U.S. pardon on separate drug trafficking matters.
