Senior executive Ann-Marie Campbell will oversee day-to-day operations, finance chief Richard McPhail will manage financial operations and the Pro business, and lead independent director Greg Brenneman will serve as board chair. The company is scheduled to report fiscal second-quarter earnings next week.
