A gang carried out an attack late Sunday on Kenscoff, a community near Port-au-Prince, Haiti, killing at least 47 people and kidnapping more than 50 others. UNICEF reported that six children and seven women, including three infants under age two, were released late Friday following work with community leaders. The incident is one of multiple attacks on civilians reported in the area.
