France and Saudi Arabia have agreed to develop three theme parks near Cergy-Pontoise, including a Dragon Ball Z-inspired attraction, as part of a €6 billion deal led by Saudi Arabia's Qiddiya Investment Company. The project was approved during Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's state visit and stems from discussions between President Macron and bin Salman. No opening date has been set, with construction expected to proceed in stages over several years.
