Federal prosecutors charged 15 individuals with conspiracy to impede federal officers, interstate stalking, destruction of government property, and solicitation to commit a crime of violence in connection with efforts to obstruct ICE operations in Minnesota. The defendants are described as members or associates of Direct Action Minnesota, including the Black Cat Worker’s Collective. An indictment was unsealed on Tuesday.
